Distributor Console
The Distributor console lets a reseller run AccelsRouter as a white-label business: buy credit at a wholesale discount, open downstream customer organizations, allocate balance to them, decide which models each customer may call and at what price, and track usage, profit and your wallet ledger.
It's only available to the owner/admin of a distributor (reseller) organization, reached from the Organization entry in the console sidebar. If your account isn't a distributor yet, that page shows an Apply to open an organization panel instead — choose Reseller and submit for review.
How it fits together
Your personal balance ──buy credit (wholesale)──▶ Distributor wallet
Distributor wallet ──allocate──▶ Customer balance ──calls──▶ models
Customer pays (your price) − your wholesale cost = your profit- You top up a distributor wallet from your personal balance, paying your per-model wholesale discount rather than the standard price.
- You allocate credit from that wallet to each customer. Customers spend their balance calling models.
- You set each customer's callable models and a per-series discount — that's the price the customer pays you.
- Everything read-only here is also available to coding agents through the MCP distributor tools.
Header
The top of the page shows your distributor at a glance:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Reseller badge + status | Active or Suspended |
| Per-model wholesale | The discount ratios you pay off the standard price (e.g. claude-opus-4-8 0.80, deepseek 0.70) |
| Wallet Balance | Your distributor wallet — the pool that funds customers' calls |
Two actions sit in the header: Buy credit and Adjust customer balance.
Buy credit
Buy credit tops up your distributor wallet. Enter an Amount to buy (USD); the dialog shows the Cost from personal balance (your wholesale price) and the Credit purchased. The cost is drawn from your personal balance, so keep that funded.
Customers
The Customers tab lists your downstream customer organizations — Name, Owner, Wallet balance, and Net Allocated (credit you've given, minus what you've taken back).
- Create Customer — open a downstream customer organization. Set an Initial amount (USD), then either Invite owner by email, or Copy link to share an activation/join link (valid 7 days). Invitations can be resent or revoked.
- Each customer row has: Adjust quota, Models & pricing, Invite owner (for a customer still awaiting its owner), and Usage.
Adjust customer balance (allocate)
Adjust customer balance moves credit between your distributor wallet and a customer:
- Select a customer.
- Choose a mode: Add, Reduce, or Set to.
- Enter the Amount (USD) and an optional Remark.
The dialog shows the Customer balance, Your distributor balance, and the Resulting customer balance before you Confirm. Adding draws from your distributor wallet; reducing returns credit to it.
Models & pricing (per customer)
The Models & pricing dialog controls what a customer may call and what they pay:
- Assignable models — tick the models this customer may use. Nothing selected = every model in the catalog.
- Discount pricing — set a Ratio (0–1) per model series (the fraction of standard price the customer pays). Add series to price a group of models together, or use an exact model name.
Available models
The Available models tab is the catalog your distributor organization itself can call. Search it and Copy list to grab the model ids — this is the pool you draw from when choosing each customer's assignable models.
Usage
The Usage tab is a profit report over a time range, grouped By Customer or By Model:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Standard price | List price of the usage |
| Platform discount | Your wholesale saving vs standard |
| Customer pays | What the customer was charged |
| My cost | Your wholesale cost (reseller cost) |
| My profit | Customer pays − your cost |
| Requests | Request count |
Call Records
The Call Records tab lists individual requests across your customers — Time, Customer, Key, Model, Tokens (in / out), Cost / Charged, Status — with a per-request Detail view and Export CSV.
Ledger
The Ledger tab is your distributor wallet's transaction history: Type (Purchase, Allocate, Revoke, Platform debit), Quota, Remark, Trade No. and Created, newest first.
Audit
The Audit tab records administrative actions on the distributor and its customers — Time, Actor, Action, Target, Detail.
API Keys
The API Keys tab manages your distributor organization's own keys. These keys also unlock the read-only distributor MCP tools, so an agent can query your customers, usage, profit, offers and ledger directly.
